Introduction
3 Dantians
Central Meridian
4 Golden Wheels

The First Golden Wheel is a cauldron of
energy that extends up from the base
of your trunk. Its upper rim loops
around the lower Dantian and
Mingmen, the point behind your navel
on the spine.

The Second Golden Wheel is shaped
like an upside down bowl. It extends
from the base of your neck down to
your Middle Dantian.

The Third Golden Wheel is a crown of
energy that covers your head. The
lower rim loops around the temples,
the point between your eyebrows and
the Jade Pillow located at the back of
your head.

The Fourth Golden Wheel is the Central
Meridian which connects the other three
Golden Wheels and harmonizes the
energy between them.
