The training methods included in this track were developed by the fighting monks of China over a thousand years ago. These practices were a closely guarded secret transmitted directly from master to trusted disciple.

These men displayed incredible feats of physical prowess. They were able to develop these abilities by repeatedly coordinating their breath and movement with the flow of their Qi.

Robert Peng began studying these techniques when he was seven years old under the guidance of his Master Xiao Yao. You can benefit from his experience and learn the practices exactly as they were taught to him.

These training methods infuse your sinew, muscle, internal organs, bone marrow, fascia and brain with Qi. As your practice deepens your body becomes extremely resilient and strong. Your aura emanates confidence and a lustrous sheen of inner radiance shines from your eyes.

This track is recommended for both women and men. The practices are calibrated to suit age and body type. Martial artists and athletes benefit tremendously from these practices. Healers, in particular, discover that their ability to project energy is empowered by developing a stronger physical frame.

LEVEL 1
‘8 Cycles – Supple body flow’

8 Cycles is a graceful sequence of movements that direct Qi to parts of the body that are usually the stiffest. Tension must be released before you can develop inner power. This form lubricates your joints, muscles, tendons and internal organs freeing up your limbs for the circulation of more potent Qi.

LEVEL 2

‘4 Cycles – Awaken inner power’

4 Cycles combines breath, intention and conscious movement to energize your spine and boost your capacity to store Qi in the 4 Golden Wheels. As your practice deepens, you experience an intensification of Qi buildup internally. Your sense of inner power increases and your Qi becomes more concentrated.

LEVEL 3

‘Yi Jin Jing – Toughen your sinews’

Yi Jin Jing is a Qigong set that originated in the Shaolin Temple over a thousand years ago. The name means sinew transformation practice. This series of movements builds on your previous development of inner power. You now direct your inner power deeper into your body, to your ligaments, tendons, muscle, fascia, internal organs and bone marrow. The connective tissue that integrates body movement is infused with Qi. Externally you appear toned and graceful; internally you feel unified, balanced and steely strong.

LEVEL 4

‘12 Cycles 1 – Inner power shield’
12 Cycles 1 is a 120 day training practice that includes a one day opening and a two day closing ceremony. As part of the training, Robert periodically empowers and rebalances your energy. The practice requires a one hour daily commitment and includes some lifestyle moderation. The practice harnesses Sun and Moon energy to develop Guardian Qi, a special form of subtle energy that protects your physical body from disease and your subtle body from negative psychic forces.

LEVEL 5

‘12 Cycles 2 – Spiritualize your body’

12 Cycles 2 infuses large amounts of Universal Qi into your subtle body. Your sense of inner power is greatly magnified. When you master the practice you feel like the spiritual force of the entire universe drives your physical actions.
At this final stage your physical body is transformed into a sturdy vessel that can absorb and discharge powerful forces.
