I am thrilled to announce that the Professional Healer Training: The Inner Transmission of Qigong will begin on May 23, 2026. This year-long training is designed to lead you on a path to master the spirit and power of a professional Qigong healer. We all know that nowadays, “The world is full of Techniques. It is starving for True Healers”.
In the Jiuyi Monastery, where I was trained by my Master, Xiao Yao, he taught me a simple truth: the hands are extensions of the heart, and the heart is a gateway to the universe. When the Heart (心意 Heart-Mind) connects with the Universe, your hands awaken to their true Healing Nature. Your heart becomes a vessel of compassion, and your healing will be backed by the deep resources of Universal Qi.
This is the transformation at the heart of this curriculum. It is the journey from being a Qigong practitioner who helps oneself to becoming a Qigong Healer who heals others—a profound leap in one’s evolution.
As we understand, a Healer does not simply cultivate energy; a Healer transforms. By aligning with and channeling the billion-year intelligence of the Five Elements—the living expression of Yin and Yang, and the unfolding of the Dao—a Healer transforms from doing to being.
Such a journey requires deep dedication and the close guidance of a true master. For the first time, I am making this possible by opening the complete Inner Transmission of my lineage—offered as a comprehensive, year-long professional curriculum to guide you toward this transformation
The Architecture of the 13-Module Immersion
This is not a weekend workshop. This is a 13-module structural transformation of your own energy field. In each module, we will build your “Power Transformer” and refine your “Healer’s Toolkit” through three specific pillars:
Pillar 1. Internal Power Empowerment
Before you can heal another, you must be a radiant vessel. We begin by empowering your 3 Dantians and the Central Meridian, connecting them to your Magic Hands and your Third Eye. You will learn to be a “sharp energy transformer” so you never feel drained by clinical work. In this lineage, the more healing you perform, the more powerful your own energy becomes.
Pillar 2. The Healing Tools (Technique and Mastery)
You will master the true nature of healing techniques. From the nourishing radiance of the Magic Palm to the holistic sweep of the Ever-Spring Palm and the art of Distant Healing, you will learn to treat the body as a “Geography of the Soul”.
Pillar 3. The Universal Alignment
As we move on, we will learn how to “step out of the way” We will use the Yin Yang Mat to transform your treatment table into a physical manifestation of the Five Elements—the manifestation of Yin and Yang, the Way of the Dao. Through the wisdom of our ancient masters, you will transition from “Doing” to “Being” allowing Universal Energy to flow through you like a hollow reed.
Module Structure
(How each module is structured around the Three Pillars)
To ensure a complete "Inner Transmission," each module is divided into three distinct sections:
Section 1: The Teaching & Transmission
(1 – 2.5 Hours)
This is where you LEARN. We focus on the philosophy of healing, self-empowerment exercises to increase your healing power, and the introduction of new techniques.
Section 2: The Healer’s Drill
(1 – 1.5 Hours)
This is where you MASTER. This is a step-by-step guided practice where you follow me repeatedly. You should spend the majority of your time in this section, drilling the exercises and practicing your healing techniques on your volunteers.
Section 3: The Inner Sanctum
(40 – 60 Minutes)
This is where you DIVE IN. Here, you connect with your own source of Qi with extended exercises to deepen your internal power and awareness.

To master the Inner Transmission and fundamentally restructure your energy field, you must dedicate time every week—even every day—to your practice. Robert Peng, At age eight, he began an intensive apprenticeship under the close guidance of the legendary monk Xiao Yao, an enlightened master known for his profound healing ability and martial arts skill. At age 15, Robert endured a 100-days water fast in a small dark room at a secluded monastery in the remote mountains of Hunan province, which initiated a radical spiritual transformation and awakened amazing healing powers.
After pursuing his training quietly while attending university in Changsha, he began to teach publicly at 29, and within five years had trained over 150,000 students all over China, Australia, and the U.S.
With his deep understanding and practice of Qigong, and with extensive life and teaching experience in the Western world, Robert has developed a unique way to teach Qigong that people from different cultures can easily understand and follow while enjoying the real essence of this ancient Chinese healing art of wisdom, love, and vitality.
Robert is the author of The Master Key: Qigong Secrets for Vitality, Love, and Wisdom, and the DVD/CD companion series, The Master Key, and The WAY of VIRTUE: Qigong Meditations to Cultivate Perfect Peace in an Imperfect World . He has been a regular presenter at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Esalen Institute, Integrative Health Symposium, and many other organizations and schools.
Together with Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Pema Chödrön, Robert was honored as one of Spirituality & Health magazine's “Top 10 Spiritual Heroes of 2013” for his contribution to transform the ancient Chinese healing art of Qigong into one of today’s fastest-growing holistic practices.
