In the Jiuyi Monastery, where I was trained by my Master, Xiao Yao, he taught me a simple truth: the hands are extensions of the heart, and the heart is a gateway to the universe. When the Heart (心意 Heart-Mind) connects with the Universe, your hands awaken to their true Healing Nature. This is the transformation at the heart of this curriculum. It is the journey from being a Qigong practitioner who helps oneself to becoming a Qigong Healer who heals others—a profound leap in one’s evolution.

As we understand, a Healer does not simply cultivate energy; a Healer transforms. By aligning with and channeling the billion-year intelligence of the Five Elements—the living expression of Yin and Yang, and the unfolding of the Dao—aHealer transforms from doing to being.

The Architecture of the 13-Module Immersion

This is not a weekend workshop. This is a 13-module structural transformation of your own energy field. In each module, we will build your “Power Transformer” and refine your “Healer’s Toolkit” through three specific pillars:

Pillar 1. Internal Power Empowerment

Before you can heal another, you must be a radiant vessel. We begin by empowering your 3 Dantians and the Central Meridian, connecting them to your Magic Hands and your Third Eye. You will learn to be a “sharp energy transformer” so you never feel drained by clinical work. In this lineage, the more healing you perform, the more powerful your own energy becomes.

Pillar 2. The Healing Tools (Technique and Mastery)

You will master the true nature of healing techniques. From the nourishing radiance of the Magic Palm to the holistic sweep of the Ever-Spring Palm and the art of Distant Healing, you will learn to treat the body as a “Geography of the Soul”.

Pillar 3. The Universal Alignment

As we move on, we will learn how to “step out of the way” We will use the Yin Yang Mat to transform your treatment table into a physical manifestation of the Five Elements—the manifestation of Yin and Yang, the Way of the Dao. Through the wisdom of our ancient masters, you will transition from “Doing” to “Being” allowing Universal Energy to flow through you like a hollow reed.

Module Structure

(How each module is structured around the Three Pillars)

To ensure a complete "Inner Transmission," each module is divided into three distinct sections:

Section 1: The Teaching & Transmission
(1 – 2.5 Hours)

This is where you LEARN. We focus on the philosophy of healing, self-empowerment exercises to increase your healing power, and the introduction of new techniques.

Section 2: The Healer’s Drill
(1 – 1.5 Hours)

This is where you MASTER. This is a step-by-step guided practice where you follow me repeatedly. You should spend the majority of your time in this section, drilling the exercises and practicing your healing techniques on your volunteers.

Section 3: The Inner Sanctum
(40 – 60 Minutes)

This is where you DIVE IN. Here, you connect with your own source of Qi with extended exercises to deepen your internal power and awareness.

Robert Peng is a world-renowned Qigong master, healer, and teacher born and raised in Hunan, China. At the age of eight, he began an intensive apprenticeship under the legendary monk Xiao Yao, an enlightened master renowned for his extraordinary healing abilities and martial arts mastery. At fifteen, Robert completed a 100-day water fast in complete darkness at a secluded monastery deep in the mountains of Hunan—an experience that profoundly transformed his life and laid the foundation for his work as a healer and teacher.

While studying English at university in Changsha, Robert continued his traditional Taoist and Buddhist training in private. At the age of twenty-nine, he began teaching publicly.     For those who wish to prepare, exploring The Master Key course or book is highly recommended, but not necessary.

  • No. Some students take the course to:

    The training simply provides the skills necessary to work at a professional level if desired.

  • Yes. All techniques taught in the course can also be applied for self-healing and self-cultivation.

  • Once the course begins, one module is released every 4 weeks (normally on Saturday, the day of teaching day), allowing you to fully absorb, practice, and integrate each level before progressing.

  • The modules are pre-recorded from real live teachings, not scripted studio recordings. The Q&A sessions, however, are live.

  • Yes. After each module is released, a live Q&A session will be held after a couple of weeks later, normally on Thursday at 6:10 PM EST.

  • Yes. Working with volunteers is an important part of the training. Some practice sessions may require only 5–15 minutes, while later modules may involve longer healing sessions.

  • Yes. Submitted videos are intended only for Robert’s review as part of the certification process.

  • After completing the training, students are encouraged to continue practicing for an additional six months before submitting a recorded healing session for review.
