Qigong Q&A 08.06.2026
In this Q&A session, Robert answered thoughtful questions about navigating intense energetic experiences, applying healing techniques, and developing greater trust and balance in Qigong practice.
🔹 Navigating Intense Energetic Experiences – Robert encouraged practitioners experiencing trembling, heightened sensitivity, or powerful energetic sensations to approach their practice with more playfulness, curiosity, and trust. Rather than analyzing or controlling every experience, he emphasized staying grounded and allowing Qi to unfold naturally.
🔹 Using Wu for Grounding in Busy Environments – Robert clarified that using the Wu hand position while feeling overwhelmed on public transportation or in a busy environment is not an abuse of the practice. It can be used when needed to settle, relax, and regain one's center, rather than as a rigid scheduled routine.
🔹 Working with Migraines in Healing Sessions – Robert explained that although migraine pain appears in the head, healing should not focus only on the painful area. He recommended following the complete healing protocol, supporting the whole body's energetic balance, and using Sword Finger locally while allowing the person's energy to naturally rebalance.
🔹 Are Healers Sending Their Own Qi? – Robert clarified that the healer serves as a medium for universal Qi rather than simply giving away personal energy. Practices such as Sword Finger Meditation, Magic Palm Standing Meditation, and Third Eye work strengthen this connection, helping healing work become more effective without unnecessarily depleting the practitioner.
🔹 Trusting the Healing Protocol Even When You Don't Feel Qi – Robert reminded students not to judge the effectiveness of a healing session by how strongly they personally feel the energy. Sensitivity can vary from day to day, so the key is to faithfully follow the protocol, trust the process, and allow the techniques to work.
