Qigong Q&A 04.23.2026.

In this session, Robert addressed several thoughtful questions, offering clear and grounded guidance on healing, training, and adapting practice with awareness:

🔹 Joining Healer Training While Not Fully Healed – Robert shared that you don’t need to be in perfect health to begin healer training. In fact, personal healing and learning to heal others can develop together. Your journey becomes part of your strength, and as your Qi grows, your capacity to support others naturally expands.

🔹 Remote Activation in Online Training – Addressing concerns about distance learning, Robert explained that Qi is not limited by physical space. Activation and transmission can occur beyond physical contact, and many students have successfully developed their healing abilities through online training when approached with openness and consistency.

🔹 Practicing When Tired – For those experiencing fatigue, Robert emphasized listening to the body. It’s okay to adjust your posture, soften the practice, or even rest when needed. The key is to stay connected gently, rather than forcing the body—allowing Qi to nourish rather than deplete.

🔹 Balancing Course Structure and Personal Practice – When navigating different formats between teachings, Robert encouraged students to prioritize the structured course modules while remaining flexible. Other practices, such as Yi Quan, can be integrated harmoniously as long as the overall flow of Qi remains balanced and not overwhelming.

Together, these insights reminded students to trust their own pace, honor their current condition, and approach their Qigong journey with patience, flexibility, and sincerity.
