Qigong Q&A 01.15.2026
In this wide-ranging and supportive Q&A session, Robert addressed live questions from students, offering practical clarification, adaptability, and deeper energetic understanding across Qigong healing, Yi Jin Jing, and The Way of Virtue practices.
🔹 Yi Jin Jing & Community Practice – Robert clarified the difference between on-demand access and participating in the live 100-day Yi Jin Jing cycle, emphasizing the value of shared energy, weekly rhythm, live Q&As, and practicing together as a community. He explained repeat-student access, lifetime availability, and the purpose of the $78 repeat option.
🔹 Practice Tools & Adaptability – Questions about preparing the rice bag for The Way of Virtue were addressed, including weight flexibility, hand size adjustments, empowerment of the bag with Qi, and practical travel adaptations. Robert emphasized that functionality and energetic intention matter more than strict specifications.
🔹 Healing Session Sequencing & Techniques – Robert offered guidance on structuring healing sessions, including when to open arm and leg meridians, how to sequence local work, and the proper use of Ever Spring Palm on both the front and back of the body.
🔹 Meridian Meditation & Chanting – Students received clarification on meridian flow awareness, the importance of beginning and ending points, and how chanting, whispering, and mouthing integrate with breath without changing energetic direction. Robert also addressed how to avoid over-efforting through breath or visualization.
🔹 Daily Practice Integration & Detox – Guidance was shared on how to integrate stronger detox breathing with movement practices such as Four Golden Wheels or Yi Jin Jing, and how to sequence more intense practices before gentler Way of Virtue work.
Overall, the session provided grounded, flexible, and reassuring instruction—supporting students in practicing with confidence, adapting to real-life needs, and deepening both individual and collective Qigong cultivation.
